Managing Director

Kevin is the founder of I-Cap Marine Ltd and manages the day to day operations of the company and provides solutions to new and existing clients and their professional advisors. Kevin holds an MBA from Durham University, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries (ACIS) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP). Kevin has worked in the offshore fiduciary services industry for 30 years.

Stephen Brew
Director

Stephen brings over 10 years relevant experience to the company. Stephen’s remit includes business development and maintaining exceptional client service levels.  Stephen works closely with the company's established network of contacts in the industry to develop and implement innovative client driven solutions. Stephen is a Bachelor of Science in shipping operations.

Graham Clague
Director

Graham is active in all aspects of yacht management, under the guidance of the managing director. The differing elements of Graham’s role include yacht registration, crewing and payroll, safety and compliance, EU imports, surveys and finance and insurance. Graham has been working in the fiduciary services industry on the Isle of Man for nearly 10 years.

Kevin provides operational, managerial and client support to the team ensuring that our approach to client service is met throughout the organisation. Kevin is a Bachelor of Engineering having gained his degree from University College London, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries (ACIS) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP). Kevin has 14 years relevant experience.

Kevin Quirk
Client Account Manager

Kevin and his team maintain the accounting, tax and VAT records for each client entity. Kevin has over 16 years experience in the accountancy, tax and VAT arena and is responsible for the quality assurance of his 5 strong client accounting team.

Emma Quine
Client Administrator

Emma has day to day responsibility for a wide and varied portfolio of client structures. Emma is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, has 4 years experience and is committed to providing clients with an exceptional pro-active service.

Daniel Leadley
Client Administrator

Daniel provides client support to a wide and varied range of client portfolios and he is highly focussed on quick and efficient turnaround times. Daniel is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and is a qualified Certified Accounting Technician (CAT). Daniel has been working in the fiduciary services industry on the Isle of Man for over 12 years.

Claire Gale
Assistant Administrator / Compliance Officer

Claire provides valuable support to the company’s directors in terms of regulatory compliance, management related issues and special projects.  Claire will shortly be embarking on the International Compliance Association’s International Diploma in Compliance and has 13 years management experience.

Julie Hughes
Administrator

Julie has worked alongside Kevin Perry since 1997. Julie provides the company’s directors, client administrators and client accountants with administrative support while administering a number of client entities directly. Julie is often the first point of contact for clients when telephoning the office.

Rachel Goldsmith
Office Assistant

Rachel works closely with Karyn in maintaining the company’s filing records and provides support to other areas of the office on an ad-hoc basis.

Elaine Cannan
Client Bookkeeper & Accountant

Elaine recently qualified as a Chartered Accounting Technician and has 19 years office based experienced of which 4 have been spent in the fiduciary services arena.

Debbie Perry
Client Bookkeeper & Accountant

Debbie works part time in the client accounting team and provides services to a wide range of client companies.  Debbie has 17 years bookkeeping and accounts experience.

Marianna Filipova
Client Bookkeeper & Accountant

Marianna provides bookkeeping services to a variety of client entities. Marianna completed a Maturita exam certificate at the Business Academy in Slovakia and has nearly completed her Chartered Accounting Technician examinations. Marianna is fluent in English, Slovak and Czech.

Sue Winteridge
Client Bookkeeper & Accountant

Sue recently qualified as a Chartered Accounting Technician and has 10 years bookkeeping and accounts related experience.

Alison Brand
Accountant

Alison is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT). Alison is responsible for the company ’s own financial record keeping.
